You may read the publication and share links to its articles. RSS provides article listings for discovery; it does not itself grant a license to reproduce article text, photographs, illustrations or other material.

Republishing and licensing

Copyright and license rights remain with the respective rights holders. Material may carry its own credit or license conditions. For republishing or licensing inquiries, contact the newsroom with the article URL and proposed use. Nothing on this page limits uses permitted by applicable law.

Submissions and accounts

Only submit material you are entitled to share. A submission is not a promise of publication and does not enroll you in a newsletter. Reader account and message handling are described in our privacy policy.

Community guide contributions

Community Maps submissions require the separate publication permission shown in the submission form. It allows the guide's publisher and participating Bay Area News Network publications to edit and publish the submitted content and chosen public credit in community guides, related editorial coverage and promotion without a royalty. Contributors keep their copyright and must have permission to share the material, including music and identifiable people. Every place and attachment is reviewed against our editorial standards before publication. Publication is not guaranteed. Private contact details and locations supplied for review are not automatically published. Use the guide's report form or contact the newsroom for corrections and privacy removal requests.

Corrections and outside links

Information can change after publication. Report factual errors through our correction route. Links identify sources and other services; those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
